If you are involved in an accident in a public place and suffer injury because the owner or occupier has failed to provide a safe place you may have a claim for damages.  

Product Liability Claims -

If you are injured or suffer loss caused by a faulty or dangerous product (machinery, equipment, toy, food product or any other item) you may have a claim against the manufacturer, distributor or importer of the product.  

Professional indemnity Claims -

If you suffer injury or loss and damage and you believe a professional person may be at fault  you may be entitled to seek damages from the professional's insurer.   

Negligent financial advice -

If a bank, financial insitution or financial advisor has provided you with negligent advice and you suffer loss and damage you may be able to claim compensation.
