Bourke Legal Practice can act as your agent appearing in the Local and District Court in Bourke as well as tribunals and commissions sitting in the Bourke area.

We can attend mentions, pre-trials, directions and instruct at hearings, arbitrations and settlement conferences. We can attend the court registry on your behalf to inspect subpoenaed material, to file or collect documents or make photocopies for you.

Court attendances
Mentions, pre-trials, directions, return of subpoena, Notices of Motion – $160

Instruct at hearing, arbitration or settlement conference – $160 per hour for a minimum of four hours ($640); thereafter $150 per hour. Fees for extended attendances are negotiable.

Registry attendances
Filing of documents, inspection and photocopying, collection and return to registry etc.

• standard – $150
• urgent – $180

for attendance plus photocopying charges as follows:

• Photocopy documents – .20c per page up to 100 pages; thereafter .10c. per page
• Property settlements and exchange – $100
• Service of documents – $150
